Email Manager

Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you total command over your mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward emails from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your email accounts against spam messages.

 

 

Anti-Spam Protection

We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box account.



Email Filters

E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming emails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your wish.



Email Forwarding

You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.



Auto-Configuration Options

With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else.
